Tuna Melts

2 (6 oz / 170 g) cans of tuna
1/2 onion
2 celery stalks
10-15 medium capers
1 tsp Tabasco or similar hot sauce
1/2 cup mayonaise
sliced cheese
bagettes, hard rolls, or country bread

1. Drain tuna and put contents in a mixing bowl.
2. Dice onions and celery stalks and add to bowl.
3. Add capers, hot sauce, and mayonaise and mix well.
4. Turn on broiler.
5. Cut open baguettes or rolls, or slice country bread.
6. Spread on tuna mixture and cover with cheese slices.
7. Place on rack at top of oven until cheese is melted and golden brown.
8. Serve immediately
