Tomato Tapas

3 large ripe tomatoes
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 pound of feta cheese
20 small Spanish olives with pits
2 Tbs dry oregano
1 loaf dark multi-grain bread

On a large plate slice tomatoes in thin wedges, crumble feta
cheese over the tomatoes, add the olives, put olive oil over
everything, and add the oregano.

Eat with sliced bread and a glass of your favorite red wine.
