Black Olive Tapenade and Cheese Sandwich

1 (12 oz / 340 g ) can of pitted black olives, chopped
1 cup of cheese, shredded
1 Tbs capers
1 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 tsp herbs de provence
pepper to taste

1. Chop the olives and put in a mixing bowl.
2. Shred cheese and add to bowl with remaining ingredients
3. Mix well
4. Spread on slices of crusty bread and serve
