Stovetop Frittata
6 eggs
1 medium onion
1 cup diced ham or bacon
2 Tbs butter
3 Tbs water
salt and pepper
1. Saute onion in butter in large frying pan on medium heat until
onions are transluscent
2. Add the ham or bacon
3. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add water, and salt and pepper to
taste. Beat well.
4. Pour egg mixture over the onions and meat.
5. Cook until eggs are slightly firm
Cut and serve with salsa.
