Spinach Salad
12-16 oz fresh spinach
1/2 red onion, cut into thin strips
4 strips bacon, fried
3 eggs, boiled
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 Tbs Dijon mustard
1 Tbs honey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1. Put spinach, onion, bacon in a salad bowl
2. In separate bowl or container mix oil, vinegar,
mustard, honey, salt, and pepper
3. Pour dressing on just before serving and mix
4. Garnish with the eggs cut in half
