Cold Smoked Fish with Cucumber Sauce
Prepare on board or on shore
1 to 1 1/2 pounds smoked salmon, haddock, or other fish
Cucumber Sauce
1 cucumber, peeled and cut into small pieces
8 oz plain yogurt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
2 green onions (scallions), sliced
1 tsp capers
fresh mint leaves to taste
1. Mix sauce ingredients and allow to sit at least 10-15 minutes
2. Spoon atop or beside the serving size portions of the smoked
fish
Serve cold with a salad and full-bodied white wine
