Skillet Flat Bread

3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 Tbs oil
1 cup water
Seasonings of your choice (optional)

1. Mix flour, salt, and oil.
2. Gradually add water until a good dough consistency is reached.
3. Bring skillet to medium high heat and add small amount of oil.
4. Put some dough in the pan and press it out until about 1/4 inch thick.
5. Fly until lightly brown and flip over until second side is done.
6. Continue process making more flat loaves until you have used all the dough.
7. Add optional seasonings when bread is removed from the skillet. For a Mediterranean meal or flavor, sprinkle with oregano, thyme or rosemary. For an Indian meal, brush on some garlic butter.
