Simple Fish Soup
2 quarts or liters of fish bouillon stock
1-2 lbs of fish cut into small pieces
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
1 (8 oz / 220 g) can of green beans
1 Tbs dried dill
pepper
1. Bring bouillon stock to boil.
2. Add fish, onions, carrots, and dill and pepper; continue
boiling 10 minutes; then simmer for 10 minutes
3. Add drained beans; simmer for additional 5 minutes.
Serve with bread or crackers.
