Sicilian Pasta
1/2 pound linguini or spaghetti 1 can of anchovies or sardines, cut 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 cup onion 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1/4 cup sundried tomatos 1 Tbs capers 1 Tbs dried basil black pepper
1. Boil water and cook pasta 3. Saute onions and garlic in oil until translucent. 4. Reduce to medium heat. Add anchovies or sardines, sundried tomatos, capers,basil, and black pepper. Fry additional 5 minutes. 5.Serve over pasta.
Provide parmesan or romano cheese for crew to sprinkle on. |
