Scalloped Potatoes
6-8 potatoes, cut in thin slices
1 medium onion, sliced
2 Tbs flour
1 (12 oz / 340 g) can of evaporated milk
1 cup shredded cheese
salt and pepper
1. Create a layer of potatoes in a greased baking dish.
2. Spread on some onion slices, add salt and pepper, and
continue creating layers of potatoes, onions, and spices until
all slices are used.
3. Mix milk and flour, pour over the potatoes, and bake 30
minutes on high heat.
4. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake an additional 15 minutes.
