Sardines on Toast
2 (6 oz / 170 g) cans of sardines, drained and dried
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 can crushed tomatos, drained
2 tsp cummin powder
1/4 cup feta cheese
3 Tbs olive oil
country bread
1. Combine sardines, onion, tomatos, cummin, and feta in a bowl
and mix.
2. brush bread with olive oil, sprinkle on garlic, and toast until
golden brown
6. Spoon on sardines mixture and serve open faced
