Salmon Spread Sandwich
1 (12 oz / 340g )can of cooked pink or red salmon 1/4 cup onion, chopped 1 Tbs capers 1 Tbs lemon juice 1/3 cup mayonaise bagettes, hard rolls, or country bread
1. Drain salmon and put contents in a mixing bowl. 2. Add onions, capers, lemon juice, and mayonaise. 3. Mix well with a fork until it is easily spreadable. 4. Spread on bread |
