Roasted Tomatoes
4 large tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic, sliced
3 oz bread crumbs
4 Tbs olive oil
2-3 springs fresh thyme
salt and pepper
1. Wash and cut tomatoes in half place in shallow
baking dish
2. Mix olive oil, thyme, garlic slices, bread crumbs, salt
and pepper in a bowl
3. Spoon mixture onto tomatoes
4. Bake for 40 minutes or until bread crumbs are crispy
brown and tomatoes are tender.
