Rice with Chicken and Herbs
2 cups rice
4 cups chicken bouillon stock or water
1 pound canned chicken, cut into pieces
1 Tbs herbs de Provence
OR
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp dried sage
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1. Boil stock or water and add rice.
2. Reduce heat to medium-low and add chicken and herbs.
3. Cook until water is absorbed (about 20 minutes).
