Potato Ham Soup
8 potatoes, peeled and chopped 1 onion, chopped 2 carrots, grated 2 Tbs butter or oil 2 (12 oz /340 g) cans of evaporated milk 1 cup diced ham 2 Tbs flour 1 Tbs parsley 1 Tbs dried chives salt and pepper
1. Cover potatos and onions with water in soup pan, cook until soft, then drain water. 2. Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium low heat for 20 minutes.
Serve with bread or crackers. |
