Pancakes

3 cups flour
3 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 cups milk
3 eggs
1/4 cup oil

1. Heat skillet or frying pan to medium high heat
2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
3. Add milk, eggs, and oil and mix well until smooth.
4. Wipe the skillet or frying pan with oil on a paper towel to lightly lubricate the cooking surface.
4. Use a large spoon or measuring cup to pour batter into pan.
5. Turn when pancakes have bubbled and edges have dried.
6. Serve immediately even if you keep some crew waiting.
7. Wipe surface again with oil and cook another batch.

Serve with syrup, jam, honey, or applesauce.

Great with bacon, sausages, or ham on the side.
