Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

1 cup of butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs or egg powder mixture
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
3 cups oats
1 cup raisins
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon

1. Preheat oven to medium high (350 degrees F; 175 degrees C)
2. Mix butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy
3. Add flour and oats, raisins, baking soda, and cinnamon and mix well until a smooth dough is formed.
4. Place tablespoon size portions on a baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each ball.
5. Bake 10-15 minutes until browned.
