Grilled Shrimp

2 lbs large shrimp
4 cloves garlic, diced
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Black pepper, to taste

Mix all ingredients in a sealable mixing bowl or large
resealable container or plastic bag. Marinate for 3-4
hours in a refrigerator or cool place, mixing or turning
occasionally. Grill 5 minutes turning once.

Serve with fresh lemon wedges, lettuce and tomato
salad, and bread.
