Greek Salad

4-6 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 green pepper
1 red onion
6-8 oz feta cheese, broken into pieces
1 can (8 oz)  black Greek olives


Dressing
1/3 cup olive oil
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
salt and black pepper


1. Cut the tomatoes and peeled cucumbers into pieces
and thinly slice the onion and peppers
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
3. Mix in dressing 10-15 minutes before serving
