Fried Rice
4 cups of cooked rice
2 eggs or equivalent from egg powder
4 Tbs oil
2 Tbs soy sauce
1. Heat frying pan to medium high temperature. Add oil and
and scramble eggs.
2. Add rice and soy sauce.
3. Fry until heated and desired consistency is reached.
To dress up basic fried rice, add one of the following
ingredients or sets of ingredients:
*3 cloves chopped garlic, 1 Tbs red pepper flakes, 1 tsp lemon
juice
OR
*1 (8 oz / 200 g) can of peas (drained), 1/2 medium onion
chopped, 2 sliced carrots
You can also add chicken, shrimp, or diced ham.
