Eggs Benedict Royale

8 eggs
Brioche bread
1/4 pound smoked salmon
1 package of ready made Hollandaise sauce (or make it
fresh)

1. Begin poaching 8 eggs
2. Warm the Hollandaise sauce on low heat
3. Cut Brioche into 1/2-3/4 slices. Toast.
4. Place slices of salmon on the toast, add 1 egg to
each slice, and spoon on Hollandaise sauce.
