Egg Salad Sandwich
6 hardboiled eggs 1/4 cup mayonaise 1 Tbs Dijon-style mustard 1 dill pickle or 2 tsp. capers
1. Chop the eggs and put in a mixing bowl. 2. Dice the dill pickle and add to bowl OR add capers. 3. Add the mayonaise and mustard and mix well. 4. Spread on slices of bread and serve |
