Dessert Crepes

2 cups flour
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil

1. Heat frying pan or skilled to medium-high temperature
2. Place flour and eggs in bowl, gradually add milk and
water. Then add oil. Beat well
3. Lightly oil pan with oil on a paper towel.
4. Pour 1/4 cup batter into pan.
5. Cook 2 minutes until bottom is dry, turn and cook 2
minutes more.

Spread on crepe, fold, and serve one of the following:

* orange marmelade or lemon curd
* strawberry, raspberry, blackberry or boysenberry jam
* sugar and then sprinkle on lemon juice
* Nutella
