Crab Cakes
2 (6 oz / 170 g) cans crab meat
1/2 cup bread crumbs (or cracker/biscuitcrumbs)
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbs dry parsley
pepper
3 Tbs cooking oil
1. Drain and put crab meat into bowl.
2. Add bread crumbs, onion, parsley, and pepper and mix.
3. Put oil into frying pan and heat to medium high.
4. Form crab meat mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches
across and put in pan.
5. Fry both sides until golden brown and serve.
