Corned Beef Hash
4 medium potatoes 1 (12 oz / 340 g) can of corned beef oil
1. Peel and dice potatos into pieces about 1/4 square 2. Heat skillet to medium high and add oil and fry potatoes 3. When potatoes are nearly done (fork easily enters), add the beef and break it into pieces. 4. Continue frying 5-10 minutes turning every couple of minutes.
Serve with fried or scambled eggs. |
