Green Chilie Honey Chicken Sandwich
2 (8 oz / 220 g) cans chicken, sliced 3 Tbs honey 1 Tbs worcestershire sauce 1 tsp ground cummin (optional) 1 tsp garlic powder (optional) 1 (3.5 oz / 100 g) can green chilies flavorful cheese, sliced country bread
1. Combine chicken, cummin and garlic in a bowl. Mix well. 2. Add honey and worcestershire sauce and mix until chicken is well coated. 3. Fry chicken at medium high heat 3-5 minutes until coating is cooked on. Set aside. 4. Spread butter on one side of the bread slices 5. Lay chicken slices on unbutter side of bread, sprinkle with green chilies, and cover with cheese. 6. Fry on both sides until lightly brown and cheese is melted |
