Chicken, Rice, and Mushroom Soup

2 (8 oz / 220 g) cans cooked chicken
1 (14 oz / 400 g) can crushed tomatos
2 cups of mushroom (2 small cans or 1 large)
1/2 cup dry rice
1 clove diced garlic
2 Tbs dried parsley
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbs olive oin
4 cups chicken bouillon stock
salt and pepper

Pour all ingredients into pan and cook 20 minutes.
