Carrot, Raisin and Pineapple Salad
2 cups of shredded carrots 1/2 cup of raisins 1 can (8 oz / 220 g) of pineapple pieces
1. Put shredded carrots and raisins in a bowl. 2. Pour in pineapple and juice from the can. 3. Mix and set aside for about 1/2 hour before serving. |
