Broiled Eggplant with Tsasiki

1 eggplant
1/8 cup olive oil
1 Tbs dried thyme
1 tub of ready made tsasiki

1. Slice eggplant into 1/4 inch slices
2. Brush or spoon oil onto each slice
3. Springle on thyme
4. Broil in oven until brown

Serve with the tsasiki.
