Baked Canned Ham

3-5 pounds of pre-cooked canned ham

Put in a baking dish and cover with one of the following:

Mixture of 2 (8 oz / 220 g) cans of cut or crushed pineapple
with its packing juice and 1/2 cup of brown sugar.

OR

Mixture of 1 cup of orange juice, 2 Tbs brown sugar, 2 Tbs
ketchup, 2 Tbs soya sauce, and 1 tsp garlic powder.

OR

Mixture of 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard.

Bake 30 minutes at medium temperature. Scoop dripping from
the pan and spoon over the ham about every 7-10 minutes.
