3 Bean Salad
1 can (8 oz / 220 g) green beans, drained 1 can (8 oz / 220 g) yellow beans, drained 1 can (8 oz / 220 g) kidney beans, drained 1 medium onion, chopped 1/3 cup olive oil 1/3 cup red wine vinegar 2 Tbs sugar 1 tsp dried parsley salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients and set aside to marinate for 3-12 hours. |
